Upon notification of purchase, Art of Symbiosis processes most orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . However, some items may take 5 to 8 days to process. See product description. Most shipments arrive within 1-3 days. Larger items may take up to 8 days depending on carrier. Once sent, an email notification with tracking number will be automatically generated.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges vary and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: giclee shipment packaging varies dependent on size. Giclees 24" or shorter in length are carefully rolled up and shipped via Kraft heavy-duty tubing. Any giclee larger than 24" is securely mounted to a heavy-duty corrugated pad and placed into a 30" x 36" x 5" flat box.
Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Unfortunately Art of Symbiosis does not currently offer local deliveries or in-store pickups.
Art of Symbiosis does not currently offer international shipping. Please stay tuned for future expansion plans.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number. We will look into the delay and respond back to you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Art of Symbiosis has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/refund.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
